Doug was appointed by the Kansas Bar Association to serve on the Kansas DUI Commission in 2010 to 2012. The DUI Commission was given the task of reviewing and modifying Kansas DUI laws. Doug was the only DUI defense attorney on the DUI Commission. He continues to meet with legislators today as they continue to modify the Kansas DUI law.
